Terms and Conditions

The Western Design Center Inc. will contact customer via email or phone call within 48 business hours of receipt of order. Quantity discounts are available and will be given where applicable. Delivery is subject to availability. Large orders may require a 16 week lead time. Small orders will be accepted, however, due to the sensitiveness of IC’s, those used in hobbyist projects are sold on a non-refundable, non returnable and non-replaceable basis.

Payment Options
VISA or MasterCard are accepted as well as N30 on approval (allow two weeks for this process). Money orders and personal checks accepted for pre-payment. (Please allow sufficient time for check clearing prior to shipment.) International orders require payment in advance, either by a bank draft drawn on a U.S. bank in U.S. dollars, a wire transfer, VISA or MasterCard. We have a down–loadable Credit Card Payment Form for your convenience.

Shipping and Handling

All small (under $100) domestic orders will be shipped UPS Ground and charged a flat rate of $7.50 plus a $10.00 handling charge.. All orders are shipped FOB WDC Mesa AZ. Sales tax will be added to orders within Arizona. International orders are shipped US Global Priority Mail and charged a flat rate of $25.00. An additional $15.00 charge will be added for handling of International orders . All duties and taxes to be paid by customer. For larger orders please contact WDC for shipping rates.
