Please download the "Download and Installation Guide" before downloading the tool suite. Within the Download & Installation Guide is the license grant and instructions for finding your MAC Address, downloading and installing. These tools are licensed for use in software development using WDC′s 65xx technology including both 65xx technology and WDC′s licensee′s technology. Contact WDC in the event you are unsure that you are working with WDC licensed technology. The WDC tools license grant is expressly NOT for cloning, redesign, or reverse engineering of our tools or microprocessor technology. In addition, should you agree with the terms of the agreement you may download and install the tools and users guides; however, you are not authorized to distribute copies and may only make copies of the information for your personal use.
